Our 21 Day Cleanse includes 2 month supply of accompanying top-tier supplements (organic, green-food based vitamins and dairy-free protein powder) by Standard Process, as well as 25 days of expert coaching, inspiration and guidance for your success, yoga & pilates fusion classes, private group zoom meetings, cleanse philosophy and mind-set teachings, unlimited on-demand access to our online portal full of supportive content/ interviews/ recipes & coordinated shopping lists/ classes.
What do the supplements do?
This is a food-based Cleanse with titrated supplements and protein powder to support the detoxification process. The first 8-10 days of supplements are designed to flush digestive organs of toxins, and purify the kidney and liver, while gently adjusting the microbiome of your digestive health to a more efficient pattern. The remaining days of supplements are designed to deeply nourish all your body systems with high-level green vitamin supplements, taken along with multi-dimensional fiber and protein powder for the entire 21 days and beyond.
What type of food do I eat during the Cleanse, and what do I avoid?
Think as close to nature as possible! Rediscover and enjoy a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, seeds, legumes, super foods, seed oils, limited super grains, herbs and spices, lean organic proteins.
Refrain from: dairy, caffeine, alcohol, sugar, gluten, wheat, and all processed or fried foods. Let go of all animal proteins for just the first 10 days (vegan to begin!) Then, include lean, organic proteins for the remaining 11 days.
What is the accompanying Course for?
This is membership to our private group and support course is key! This Cleanse is as much about learning and evolving who you are, as it is about detoxing your body and managing weight.
Learn cleanse philosophy, growth mind-set, decisiveness, intention fused with action, stress management, and utilize your daily exercise and nutrition as the vehicle to change your mind and your life for the positive.
We meet regularly over zoom to support the entire process from prep to finish!
For example: Day 1 zoom gives guidance and a 3 day runway to prep and provision your kitchen, prep-cook your recipes or source your food from healthy local sources, pre-detox, and learn how to use the online portal daily for support inspiration and classes.
Once the 21 Day main body of the Cleanse begins, we meet 2x weekly for inspiration chat, group connection, troubleshooting and problem solving, group accountability, and movement classes. Optional live movement classes will be offered via zoom, as well as pre-recorded yoga, pilates, breath, and meditation classes. All group zoom meeting will be recorded and available on portal.
