A word from Kandis

Kandis Wannamaker, Pilates Instructor, Peninsula Pilates NASM CPT Barre Instructor TRX

“I had an amazing experience with my Pilates Teacher Training cohort under the guidance and mentorship of Shelley Williams and Danielle Spangler. The training was in depth, thorough and hands on. I was already working in the fitness industry and the tools and teaching we were given immediately elevated my professional game. If you are looking for in depth training delivered in a warm, relaxed and comfortable setting Pilates creative Collective Balance delivers it all. Lastly you become a part of the family. I have no doubt we will all teach and grow together for the long term."

A note from Angela

Angela C. Master Pilates Educator

“Shelley was one of the first teachers I met over 20 years ago as a new teacher looking for a studio to work for. Her passion and dedication to her craft is unwavering. I decided 24 years later to study with Shelley again. Coming full circle it shows that Pilates can be a rewarding career path to help others. Most importantly it’s finding the training and the teacher that you feel the most comfortable with, Shelley is that and so much more.

A note from Hayley

Hayley Megee, Pilates Teacher

“What an incredible, empowering, and extremely positive experience. This Pilates Teacher Training Program under the direction of Shelley Williams and Danielle Spangler welcomed individuals with all levels of teaching experience and fitness experience. This motley crew bonded together immediately and created a loving community that will remain in touch well beyond the program. The training gave us all an opportunity to learn from such experienced and gifted masters, as well as to glean and grow from each others. We cheered each other on through our challenges, and welcomed each others expertise and transferable experiences. This program gave us the expertise and confidence to confidently seek and secure teaching opportunities, and to effectively utilize various Pilates apparatuses to meet the needs of our clients (group or private). I highly encourage any individual with a passion for Pilates to pursue this program.”
